1. Where can I register?
a. Website address: www.icrer.org
b. Can I register with a paper form? All registrations must be completed using the online registration form.
2. Do we need a visa to travel? Yes, depending of your country of origin. Refer to the following website for more details: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp.
3. Who issues the invitation letter? The Registration Secretariat: ICRER2011@jpdl.com
a. Do I need to be registered to get a letter? Yes. Invitation letters are available upon request only to all registered and paid delegates.
b. How do I request my invitation letter? While registering online for the conference, there will be a check box for you to tick to request an invitation letter, if required. Your passport information will be required to validate the letter.
4. Do you offer any grant?
IAEA has secured conference funding for IAEA Eastern European members to attend ICRER.

5. Can we get a participants list? Yes, a list will be made available onsite.
6. If I win one of the four Young Investigator’s Award and that I already registered, can I get a complete refund? You will receive CAD $2000 to cover your costs. Payment
7. Payment accepted for registration: Credit cards only
a. What credit cards do you accept? Visa and MasterCard
b. Are bank transfers accepted? No.
c. Are personal/corporate checks accepted? No.
d. Can I pay my registration fee onsite? No. Payment is required to complete your online registration. Cancellation policy / refunds
8. What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A request for registration cancellation must be sent to the Registration Secretariat in writing by email to ICRER2011@jpdl.com. Registration fees are refundable as detailed below:
- Up until June 1, 2011 your complete registration fees will be reimbursed minus $100 CAD for administrative charges
- No requests for refund will be accepted after June 1, 2011
Note that for organizational reasons refunds are issued once the conference has concluded. Neither the conference organizers nor the secretariat can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. Please include a copy of your registration confirmation with your cancellation request and send it to the Registration Secretariat by e-mail at ICRER2011@jpdl.com, or fax: +1 514 287-1248. 9. Should a force majeure (illness, death of a close family member, major transportation challenges, etc.) prevent me from participating in the congress, will I be reimbursed upon provision of proof (medical certificate, letter from the transport carrier, etc.)? No. Delegates are strongly advised to obtain proper travel insurance.
10. Do I get reimbursed if I can’t get a visa? No, please refer to the cancellation/refund policy.
11. What will happen if I lose my badge during the conference? Please go to the registration desk. Registration category
12. What is included in my conference fees (full delegate or student)?
The conference fee will cover an electronic copy of the compiled abstracts of presentations; lunches, coffee breaks and the conference reception which will be on Sunday 19th June. An excursion around the Niagara winery region will be an optional extra.
13. What type of proof do you need for students? No student proof required.
14. Is there a spouse/guest/ accompanying persons program? No.
15. Do presenters have to register? Yes. Registration must be completed using the online registration form.
16. Do you need volunteers to work at the conference? No.
17. Is it possible to replace me, I will no longer be attending but someone else will take my place? Substitutions are NOT allowed, each participant must have their own registration. Conference

19. In what language is the conference? English.
20. Will the presentations be available online? No.
21. Where can I find the conference program? The program overview can be reviewed online: www.icrer.org. The final program will be remitted onsite to each delegate with their registration packet.
22. Can I receive the conference program by mail in advance of the conference? No.
23. Do you have any further printed information that I could receive by mail in advance of the conference? No.
24. Can I register to a few sessions without paying the entire conference? No.
25. Will there be simultaneous translation during the sessions? No.
26. Will you have translators? No.
27. Can you get me a translator? No. You are responsible for making your own arrangements.
28. Do you offer transportation to and from the airport? No.

31. Where can I upload my abstract?
The deadline for submitting an abstract was Oct 15, 2010. The deadline has passed and no additional abstracts will be collected.

33. Do we have to register to present the paper? Yes.
34. Is there a special discount on the registration fee if you are presenting a paper? No.
35. Can you send me an official confirmation letter stating that my abstract was accepted? You should already have received a message by the scientific committee.
